Luke Summerfield is a doubt for Shrewsbury Town
Luke Summerfield remains a doubt for Shrewsbury's League One trip to Leyton Orient.
The midfielder was demoted to the bench for Tuesday night's defeat at Bournemouth after suffering what appeared to be a reaction to the painkillers he took after dislocating his thumb at Hereford.

But the former Cheltenham player had been affected by a bug which has also struck down striker Terry Gornell, Greenhous Meadow boss Graham Turner said today.
The Town boss is not ruling out Summerfield, who has been one of Shrewsbury's star performers this season, from the weekend London fixture.
"Luke still feels a bit groggy but he has wanted to train. He was very unfortunate to come out of the side as he has been one of our best players and a big influence on the midfield" said Turner.
"It turns out it was a bug. He has been sick. He travels in with Terry whose now gone down with something similar. Mark Wright also shares a car with them so we are monitoring him at the moment."
Meanwhile, Turner admits he cut short Michael Hector's loan at the Greenhous Meadow because of his costly defensive mistakes.
The defender, 20, has returned to the Madejski Stadium although his loan spell officially runs through to January.
Hector has not featured since the October 20 defeat at Portsmouth and Turner is reluctant to nurse a relative rookie through his game at a difficult time when his side are leaking goals at an alarming rate.
"Michael has the potential to be a decent centre-half, but one or two mistakes he's made have proved costly for us," said Turner.
"I had a chat with him and I feel he's better off playing in Reading's reserve team than in ours."
Hector showed promise in Town's early-season games and went on to make nine appearances.
But the arrival of centre-half Lee Collins on loan from Barnsley has added experience to Shrewsbury's rearguard.
