Exclusive: Shrewsbury Town pushing to sign Morgan Feeney
Shrewsbury Town are pushing hard to sign Carlisle United defender Morgan Feeney, the Shropshire Star understands.

The 24-year-old is understood to be in demand this summer with a number of clubs in Scotland and the EFL chasing his signature.
But Town, who announced their first summer signing on Tuesday as they re-signed Carl Winchester, are hoping to get a deal done for Feeney.
The right-footed centre-half will be a direct replacement for Matthew Pennington, who left Shrews this summer to join Blackpool after their relegation from the Championship.
Feeney played 32 times last season for Carlisle United as they were promoted from League Two after beating Stockport in the play-off final on penalties.
But the former Everton and Sunderland man has turned down fresh terms in Cumbria and Salop are hopeful of landing the defender ahead of their return to training this weekend.
