Docherty has caught the eye this season since arriving in the summer on a season-long loan from Rangers.
The 22-year-old has seven goals from midfield, the latest in last Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Peterborough.

“When he gets in that final third he looks dangerous, he scored one and put another excellent free-kick just after.
