Jordan Lussey leaves Telford United

AFC Telford United midfielder Jordan Lussey has left the club following discussions with management.

Jordan Lussey holds off Adriano Moke during the Vanarama National League North fixture between AFC Telford United and York City.

New boss Gavin Cowan recently spoke about how integral the 23-year-old was to the Bucks squad.

"Jordan played a vital part in our survival last season and is a player I admire," said Cowan.

"Unfortunately, his circumstances have changed and that made it very difficult for us to retain his services.

"Jordan has shown true class in our discussions throughout and I wish him all the best moving forward."

Telford also announced yesterday afternoon that Paul Bignot and Bob Harris will not be offered new contracts for next season.
