Boss Steve Kittrick- with five of his summer signings already gone and midfielder Jordan Goddard to follow - has utilised the freed up funds in his budget.

Winger McQuilkin has been drafted in to provide cover for Johnny Gorman, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury.

The 26-year-old is an experienced and capable campaigner, having played for both Hereford United and Walsall in the Football League, also at non-league's top level on loan at Kidderminster Harriers.

Big frontman Bakayoko has been borrowed from League One Walsall, where he's highly-rated and has made 10 first-team appearances.

The Sierra Leone-born teenager, 19, played 11 games on loan in the National League for Southport last season, where he scored twice, and now drops into the North with the Bucks.

The club have also announced the recruitment of a new commercial business sales manager in former Shropshire Star employee Mark Gallagher.

He will join in early September, after serving his notice in his current position as regional sales manager for the Jockey Club, and will relocate from his base in Wigan.

Gallagher, who will be attending today's fixture, has previously worked as a match-day hospitality team leader at Manchester United and senior sales executive at Birmingham City.

Telford managing director Lee Carter said: "Mark came through the process with flying colours and it was a particularly gruelling second part of the process.

"Using our experience of good and bad practice, we knew exactly what we were looking for and Mark ticked every box superbly well.

"Thanks should go to Ian Tyrer, Steve Bowyer, Debbie Jones and Luke Fearnall who helped massively during the process.

"Steve, in particular, with his recruitment experience and Debbie with her significant sales experience."
