Shropshire fight back on opening day of season
Shropshire County Cricket Club were in NCCA action.
Shropshire were bowled out for 188 on the opening day of the NCCA Championship season at Cornwall.

The Shropshire visitors chose to bat first in the opening innings of their three-day contest and were able to find some early rhythm, mainly through the 61 runs from Roman Walker, alongside Charlie Home (43) and Thomas Fell (25).
But they came up against a stubborn bowler in Elliott Hooper who alone took five wickets to frustrate Shropshire as they finished all out for 188 after 70.4 overs.
Cornwall reached 125-5 in reply by close of play.
Karl Leathley (39) and Will MacVicar (43no) got Cornwall on the scoreboard, but it was bowler Ben Roberts who was a constant thorn in their side.
He took three wickets, taking out Leathley, Alex Blake and Billy Taylor, while Walker and George McCormick took one wicket each.
They will continue play on Monday and Tuesday in this NCCA clash.
