With two goals against West Ham and Everton, he's done very well.

Looking at Wednesday night, it was a bit of a missed opportunity not to win at Everton as they finished the game with nine men.

I hoped we would take the performance against West Ham into this one but we sat back again and allowed Everton to take advantage.

We're scared of making mistakes and taking chances, but we have to be more brave in our approach.

But Rob Edwards knows we have to be more progressive going forward and is trying to change it.

He did that at the weekend and it's about time we won!

We could see it was coming, but it wasn't clicking as a team, and against West Ham it all came together.

They were very poor but we were the better side on the day and you can see some slight improvement in the players.

It was a great three points and the fans deserved to have a few goals to celebrate.

You could see some empty seats at Molineux due to the position we're in, but we have fantastic support and they deserved a win to enjoy.

They are hard-working people who want to see graft on the pitch and Rob is trying to get that into the players. The fans are giving everything and the players have to give that back.

We're now back at Molineux to take on Shrewsbury today and they're struggling near the bottom of League Two.

We can't take our foot off the gas and if I was picking the team, I'd play the strongest side and take the game away from the opposition before then bringing some fringe players on.
