Four-bedroom house in Telford on the market for £25K - but it may need a little TLC
A four bedroom house in Telford is going under the hammer next month - with a guide price of just £25,000.

The terraced house at 54 Bishopdale, however, is in need of a little restoration.
The bargain-priced home offers an "ideal investment for first time buyers or investors" says estate agents Auction House, who are selling the property.
The house comes with kitchen/diner, toilet, lounge, rear porch area, giving access to a rear garden. To the first floor there is four bedrooms and a family bathroom.
But any potential buyer must be willing to spend a little time and money renovating the property, which needs extensive work inside and out.
As houses in the surrounding area fetch an average of £145,000 when they come to market - it could, however, provide a good return for any investor willing to take the project on.
Auction House said they are holding an open house event at the property on Thursday, November 2 between 1pm -1.30pm. The house is goung under the hammer on via online auction on November 13.
