Watch: Pupils and staff at Hadnall CofE Primary School celebrate their glowing Ofsted report with an ice cream
What better way to celebrate a glowing Ofsted report than with an ice cream on one of the hottest days of the year so far.
Pupils and staff at Hadnall CofE Primary School in Shrewsbury enjoyed an afternoon away from their desks on Friday.
The school arranged for an ice cream van to visit and provide a delicious treat for pupils and staff after Ofsted published its findings on March 25.
With the sun shining, spring flowers blossoming and lack of rain, it made for a perfect afternoon of celebrations.
The village primary school was commended by inspectors for having "kindness at its heart".

The education watchdog visited the school on March 4 and found that it has maintained its standards since a previous inspection in 2019 where it was graded as 'Good'.
Ofsted said the school has "very strong links" with the community, and inspectors were impressed when they learned that pupils send 'cards of kindness' to residents of a local nursing home.
Headteacher at Hadnall CofE Primary School, Mrs Jackson is immensely proud of her staff team and children, and had a great time celebrating with an ice cream.
"It was lovely, everybody has worked so hard and we are delighted that the inspectors have recognised all of the wonderful things that are going on," she said.

"We often refer to it as the Hadnall family so it felt really fitting to celebrate in a fun way and say a special thank you to children and staff and for everything that they do.
"The weather helped and there was a real sense of togetherness, we were blessed with sunshine and it made for a very special occasion.
"It was a lovely atmosphere and joyous celebration."
The Ofsted report added that pupils enjoy several opportunities to learn outdoors and benefit from a range of clubs.
Relationships between staff and pupils at the primary school were described as "strong" and children are said to be very well behaved.
But, Mrs Jackson's favourite part of the report was the acknowledgment of children's kindness.
The headteacher added: "I was really delighted with the report. It recognised all of the things we have been working on together and is a testament to the hard work, passion and commitment from staff and governors.
"That sense of community really came out and I am exceptionally proud that we were referred to as a nurturing school with 'kindness at its heart'.
"We are all about developing the whole child and taking the holistic approach, and it was so nice that it was recognised."
