Telford car dealership wins Motability customer care award
A Telford car dealership has been commended for its customer service.
Peugeot delearship Telford Motors has been recognised for the support it gives to disabled customers using the Motability car scheme.
The Motability Dealer Award – which is based on customer feedback from order to collection – recognised Telford Motors as one of the top dealerships for service and standards, from a national network of 4,500 Motability partners.
The Motability Dealer Awards programme is designed to ensure that all Motability customers are given high service across UK dealer networks, which are made up of 33 leading new car manufacturers.
Lindsay Read, managing director at Telford Motors, said: "The Motability scheme is essential for many people in and around Telford and it's important to us that we are providing an excellent service for all our customers.
