Hundreds of residents across Shropshire were left without electricity over the weekend after a series of power cuts.
A high voltage power failure saw almost 1,500 homes across Telford and Shrewsbury left without power for a couple of hours on Friday night.
Most had their power restored by Saturday but Central Networks today said 100 people were still without supply, including 16 homes in Madeley, Telford, which had been without power since Friday.
A total of 59 homes in St Georges, Telford, were also without power today after it went off at about 5.45pm yesterday.
Meanwhile, electricity was cut off to a further 25 homes in Newport yesterday, which have yet to be reconnected.
Rebecca Mara, spokeswoman for Central Networks, said: "1,495 homes were affected and by 7.34am on Saturday we had just over 1,000 back on. It was caused by a high voltage fault, although we don't know exactly how it happened."
