Quiz night to raise funds for Telford debt charity
Quiz night includes casserole and dessert
A charity which provides support and advice for people struggling with debt holds a fundraising quiz night next month.
The Christians Against Poverty Telford debt centre will be holding the event on October 10.
The event, starting at 7pm, will be held at All Saints’ Parish Centre in Lychgate Walk, Wellington.
Tickets are priced £12.50, including casserole and dessert.
The centre, run by a partnership of churches across the Telford area, has helped dozens of families since it was launched in 2015.
It offers free in-depth personal support and structured resolution with debt problems, and also provides courses in budgeting skills and financial education.
It also offers community support, including job clubs and life-skills sessions.
Anybody wanting to attend can buy tickets by emailing ann.trehen.capuk.org or telephone 07445 185671
