New show home to launch at £20m Shropshire housing estate

Latest phase at Cameron Homes' Willow Rise project as developer eyes 2027 finish of 6.9-acre scheme

A new show home is set to open as work continues on a £20 million housing estate in a Shropshire village.

Developer Cameron Homes will unveil the three-bedroom house at its £20m Willow Rise project in Bomere Heath near Shrewsbury this weekend where it is building 62 homes across 6.9 acres.

The scheme is accessed off Shrewsbury Road and is close to the village's primary school and other amenities.

After launching to market last year, a range of homes are due for completion in the coming months, with the whole development set to be finished during 2027.

Sarah Sargeant, sales director at Cameron Homes, said: "Over half of the homes are now occupied at Willow Rise so there's already the sense of community you would expect from living in an idyllic semi-rural location.

"The new view home we'll be unveiling this weekend will enable potential purchasers to explore the quality and space of our three-bedroom Burley home."

Willow Rise also has a children's play area and four other areas of public open space.

Established in 1994, Cameron Homes is currently delivering more than 200 homes across 11 live developments and has a pipeline of future sites expected to deliver circa 1,000 new homes.

The show home will be available to see from September 5.
