Musical youth show off talents
Making what we imagine is sweet music at Coalbrookdale's Coke Hearth School in about 1950 are these musical youngsters.
The photo was loaned to us by Norman Angell, but is originally from Mrs Mary Haynes, nee Darlington, a Coalbrookdale girl who now lives in Lancashire.
She names them as Brian Davies, Mary Darlington, Graham Davies, Wendy Bennett, Mary Davies, David Bullock, Alison Maclean, David Rickers, Graham Seed, Brian Thomas and Miss Green.
