Thousands of maps and guides to Mid Wales are to be distributed across Britain in a bid to attract more tourists to the area.
Up to 120,000 copies of new maps and guides, which identify a host of things for visitors to see and do, are now being distributed to accommodation providers and Tourist Information Centres (TIC) across the UK.
The "Attractions of Mid Wales" map and guide will also be promoted at railways stations in London and Birmingham thanks to a new partnership arranged by Mid Wales Tourism (MWT), Cambrian Railways and the Heart of Wales Line.
The brochure is an integral part of a three-year marketing campaign devised by MWT, with the help of the Tourism Partnership Mid Wales (TPMW).
Dee Reynolds, TPMW regional strategy director, said: "By working together, the attractions in Mid Wales have the opportunity to market to a greater target audience."
