Car lands on roof after crash near Leominster

Emergency services were called after a car landed on its roof following a crash near Leominster.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Kingsland Fire Station and Leominster Fire Station were called to the collision on the A4110, at Kingsland.

It happened just before 10.30pm yesterday.

A man, who managed to get out of the vehicle, was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service says no other vehicle was involved in the collision.

Jamie Arrowsmith, from West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We were called to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A4110 in Kingsland at 10.22pm last night.

"One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.

"On arrival we discovered a car on its roof, and one patient, a man, who had managed to get himself out of the vehicle.

"He was treated for minor injuries and discharged at the scene."
