Two dogs rescued from river near Shrewsbury
Two dogs had to be rescued from the River Severn near Shrewsbury today.
Two crews of firefighters, including the water rescue unit, attended the river in the Bomere Heath area at about 10am.
There were two dogs in the river.
One was rescued by its owner while the other had to be rescued by firefighters in a boat.
