The Spring Lamb will will host vaccination centre

The Spring Lamb building next to Oswestry's Livestock market will be open in addition to the centre at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic outside the town, which was the first to open in Shropshire for coronavirus vaccinations.

It will be run by Oswestry pharmacy Day Lewis.

The pharmacy tweeted: "We will be running the mass vaccination centre in The Spring Lamb, and we are aiming to vaccinate 1,000 patients a week who are at most risk.

"Day Lewis is extremely proud to support the NHS with the UK’s largest vaccination roll out in history, playing our part in protecting the local community. Our pharmacy team in Oswestry will be helping to deliver the Covid-19 vaccinations from March to those patients most at risk."
