The case against a Llandrindod Wells man charged with threatening words or behaviour has been adjourned.
Adrian Lloyd admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of causing fear of or to provoke unlawful violence on December 12 2025 at Crossgates.
The 62 year-old of Penybryn, Crossgates was convicted on June 16 2026 at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court but the case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be created.
The case was further adjourned then for a mental health assessment to be carried out.
Lloyd was due to attend at the court for sentencing on Tuesday, but he did not arrive.
Mitigating, Mr Geraint Parry said he had spoken to Lloyd and he believed the matter was over because the police told him another case was finished and he thought this was too.
Mr Parry said Lloyd was in Pembrokeshire but he could be at the court for 4pm.
Magistrates adjourned the case until September 8 at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court for sentencing.
Lloyd remains on conditional bail until then, the conditions being that he should not use the T4 public bus service and he must not contact prosecution witnesses.
