A prolific thief who stole baby formula from Boots has been jailed.

Nicholas Smith, aged 37, has a lengthy record for stealing from shops, especially in the Telford area.
His latest offence happened at Boots in High Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, on August 8 this year. He stole £126 worth of baby formula.
Smith, of Park Lane, Madeley, Telford, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of theft.
Deputy District Judge Asif Munir jailed Smith for two months and ordered his to pay £126 in compensation.
No order for prosecution costs was made, but the judge did order Smith to pay a £154 victim surcharge.
