Andrew John Liddiment, of The Walled Garden, in Wigmore, near Leominster, admitted the charges one of which involved him dragging a woman into a Shrewsbury pub alley and putting his hand up her skirt.

Deputy District Judge James Hulse, sitting at Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday, said that it was only the fact that the woman was wearing shorts under her skirt that stopped him touching her private parts.

The two other incidents involved Liddiment touching a woman's bottom and lifting up another woman's skirt.
