Couple made homeless in Telford BMW crash 'going to view a home next week'
A couple made homeless in the clothes that they were wearing after a BMW crashed into their home will be viewing a property early next week.

David Gaunt, 81, and his partner Patricia Morris, 80, were preparing to go out on Sunday morning when “all hell broke loose” as the high-powered car smashed into their house in Ketley, Telford and ended up in their front room.
“If we do get that we will have somewhere to go,” said Mr Gaunt.
“But we have no furniture or clothes because we have not been allowed back into the house. It is unsafe.
“We have only got the clothes that we stand up in and haven't got the money to go out spending.”
They have spent £200 on clothes.
Mr Gaunt is aware that a fundraising page has been set up to provide money for the couple.
But as of Saturday morning the fundraiser had not made contact with them about it.
The couple had been in the home that they shared together for the last six years.

They are now in emergency accommodation.
Les Clarke, executive director of housing and care at Housing Plus Group, told the Shropshire Star: “We sympathise with the residents who have been affected by this incident and will continue to support them at this distressing time.”
A spokesperson from Telford & Wrekin Council said: “The team at Telford & Wrekin Council are saddened to hear of the situation Mr Gaunt and his partner are in because of this accident.
“The damaged property is not council-owned so we will do all we can and are working closely with Housing Plus, the housing provider who are supporting the couple in their temporary accommodation.”
