Emergency services, including the Midlands Air Ambulance, were called to Carding Mill Valley just before 5pm on Sunday (May 4).
The air ambulance team were joined by West Midlands Ambulance Service, Shropshire Fire and Rescue and West Mercia Search & Rescue.

Upon arrival, the emergency services found a man, aged 20, had fallen "nearly 50 feet" down a hillside and was suffering from a number of injuries.
A spokesperson from Church Stretton Fire Station said: "[He] had fallen nearly 50 feet hitting rocks and hard ground on his way down the hillside.
"He suffered severe head injuries, along with concussion, broken wrist and shoulder injury.

"Both teams, fire service and West Mercia Search & Rescue worked alongside each other to carry the casualty on our Xtract Stretcher back up the hill to the Air Ambulance where he was taken to Shrewsbury Hospital."
