The quartet - made up of Birmingham musician Bradley Simpson as well as Connor Ball, Tristan Evans and James McVey - will sell guitars, amps and more used on tour over the past five years.
The Vamps Official Reverb Shop will launch tomorrow with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Teenage Cancer Trust.
Speaking ahead of the sale, Sutton Coldfield-born Bradley said: “We decided to sell some of the gear we’ve toured with over the past five years on Reverb because the thought of it sitting in storage and collecting dust is quite a sad thing.
"Plus, we’re getting the opportunity to do some good by giving a percentage of the sales to charity.
“Hopefully some young musicians will get the opportunity to put the gear to good use, whether it's on stage or to write some songs.”
Guitarist and backing vocalist James McVey added: “These guitars have been a massive part of my musical life - so many special memories come to mind when I think of these guitars.
"So I’m excited to pass them down to someone who will use them and make some memories of their own.”
The sale includes a Fender American Deluxe Telecaster guitar used by Bradley, a Music Man Cutlass RS guitar used on tour - and set on fire - by James, a Taylor 656ce Electric Acoustic guitar, Taylor 818e Grand Orchestra Electric Acoustic guitar, Music Man StingRay Bass guitar that Connor calls the 'Blingray', an SJC Acrylic Custom drum kit, two Mesa Boogie Big Block 750 amps, and three Avid Eleven Racks.
