'No plans' to return 'eyesore' yellow taxi to Telford TGIs after regular vandalism
TGI Fridays has said that there are "no plans" to replace their iconic yellow taxi after it was removed because of regular vandalism.

Last week, a photograph of the removal of the yellow taxi outside Telford's TGI Fridays was doing the rounds on social media.
The vehicle had been sitting outside the town centre restaurant since it opened in 2017.
But regular acts of vandalism had left the taxi in a sorry state, often with flat tyres and a missing wing mirror.
Now, a spokesperson for the chain has said that it's unlikely to be returned.
They said: "The taxi has been removed due to it being regularly vandalised and there are currently no plans to replace it."
Many on social media celebrated its removal, with one calling it "an eyesore".
Another wrote: "Good! It looked a mess. Last time I saw it the tyres were all super flat, wing mirror was missing and it was filthy! Looked a bit naff."
"It's about time," another wrote, "it looked awful and was no advert."
