Greg Draper joins TNS

New Zealand international striker Greg Draper has signed for The New Saints ahead of this month’s Europa League opener.
Somerset-born Draper, 21, represented the All Whites in the 2007 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Canada .
His senior international debut for New Zealand came in 2008 in a World Cup qualifier against Fiji and he was also included in the Under-23 squad for the Beijing Olympics, featuring in his country’s group matches against Brazil and Belgium, playing alongside Blackburn Rovers’ centre-back and club captain Ryan Nelson.
In domestic football he pl-ayed for Canterbury United, Wellington Phoenix, Melbourne Knights and Team Wellington.
Last season he played for Basingstoke in the Conference South for whom he netted 15 goals.
