Shropshire man denies burgling his next-door neighbour

A 55-year-old Shropshire man has appeared in court to deny burgling his next-door-neighbour.

Mark Kipling is accused of breaking into the home in Magnolia Close, Bomere Heath, near Shrewsbury, on June 9 this year and taking clothing, tobacco, perfume, electrical items, handbags and jewellery.

Kipling pleaded not guilty to burglary when he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday.

Judge Peter Barrie adjourned the case for a trial date to be set and Kipling was bailed.
