'Cause I got a brand new combine harvester: The Wurzels to play Shropshire farm shop

Cult band The Wurzels will perform at a farm shop in Shropshire to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

The band, which is best known for the 1976 number one hit single Combine Harvester, will perform at Moor Farm Shop in Baschurch.

The event will be held on June 11 from 7pm and will see The Wurzels be joined by local singers and bands.

Hazel Timmis, owner of Moor Farm Shop, said: "We are delighted that The Wurzels are able to play live here in Baschurch.

"The celebrations will kick off at 7pm with a variety of local singers and bands before the headline act goes on stage.

"An audience of 500 people will be able to enjoy a fully licensed bar and many food stands.

"The line-up is set to provide the most entertaining night of the year."
