James Walsh and Roni Size added to Shrewsbury Fields Forever line-up

Starsailor frontman James Walsh and drum and bass DJ Roni Size are the latest acts to be added to the line-up of Shrewsbury Fields Forever Festival, it was announced today.

The three-day music, comedy and arts festival will take place at the West Mid Showground from September 13 to 15.

Indie star Walsh will headline the acoustic stage, while Bristol-born Size will be the main act in the dance tent.

They will join confirmed acts including indie rockers Maximo Park, along with The 1975, Athlete, Sister Bliss from dance act Faithless and K Klass.

Meanwhile Irish comedian Dylan Moran will headline the event's Sunday comedy festival.

Festival director Dene Edwards, said: "We have nearly finished making announcements but are thrilled to have secured Roni Size and James Walsh."
