The England v Germany U21s game ended in penalties and it brought back a lot of bad memories

The England and Germany semi-final in the European Under-21 Championship ended the way absolutely no English fan wanted it to: with penalties.

After extra time ended 2-2, it was down to the dreaded shootout to decide the winner.
