Telford Scaffolding Services reinforced their lead at the top of the Telford Sunday League Premier Division with a 5-1 home win against Britannia.

The Lion, with two games in hand over the leaders, moved into second place after winning 2-0 at Bell & Bails.

Shifnal Imperials missed their chance to stay with the leaders, going down 2-1 at home to Travellers Joy and slipping to third spot.

Kings Arms Market Drayton climbed above their mid-table rivals Captain Webb with a 2-1 win on the road.

With unbeaten leaders NC United out of action for a week in Division Two, AFC Dub closed the gap at the top to five points with a 4-0 home win against Railway United.

Mallard picked up yet another win, edging out visitors Impact United 1-0 to move up into third place.

Polonia Telford got the better of Elizabethan, chalking up a home win by the odd goal in five to climb in behind the leading group.
