Rui Patricio

Seemed to be beaten a bit too easily by Eze. Of course, the strike had a lot of power behind it and he should not have been able to get the shot off in the first place, but it was pretty central. Disappointing. 5

Willy Boly

One of Wolves' better performers on another poor day at the office. A presence in the air once more, he also made some well-timed tackles before Eze's winner. 6

Conor Coady

Guilty of giving possession away cheaply on a few occasions. Also dribbled past far too easily when Zaha should have made it 2-0 towards the end. 4

Max Kilman

Like Boly, Kilman did not impress hugely, but he did not make any glaring errors either. Looked calm enough when in possession. 6

Ki-Jana Hoever

Put a peach of a cross in towards Jose in the first half and had a good battle with van Aanholt before seeing his impact decrease. Substituted in the second half. 6

Joao Moutinho

Not displaying anywhere near enough attacking intent. The vast majority of passes from Moutinho were sideways or backwards. He seemed afraid to play it forward. Far too passive and slow on the ball. 4

Leander Dendoncker

The trend continued going forward as Dendoncker was caught in two minds and let a decent opening after Jose's flick pass him by. Then beaten to the punch by Eze for the winner. A sloppy showing. 4

Nelson Semedo

Had a go down the left side but struggled to get deliveries in of real quality on his weaker foot. The effort was there but he did not have a huge influence on the game. 5

Daniel Podence

Cut a frustrated figure. Again, the work rate was there and he created some problems, but he would like to have more of an impact on proceedings. Taken off for Vitinha. 5

Willian Jose

Forced Guaita into a couple of decent saves – with an effort on the turn, and then a header. Displayed some clever movement while also being slow to react at times, with Hoever's cross the prime example. 6

Pedro Neto

Had some moments and caused Palace a fair amount of problems, but the end product was not quite there. Lively without being at his best. 6

Subs

Adama Traore (for Hoever, 63)

Did not do much. 5

Vitinha (for Podence, 68)

Also quiet. 5

Fabio Silva (for Moutinho, 78)

No impact either. 5

Not used: Ruddy (gk), Lonwijk, Bueno, Otasowie, Neves, Gibbs-White
