Lightning-quick Williams, 24, is a left-sided forward who can also play centrally off the front man and is the club’s first new signing of the summer.

Williams, whose pace caught the club’s eye in the recent games at the New Bucks Head, has penned a one-year deal.

The former Coventry City youth player has been in non-league for around four seasons, where he turned out for the likes of Coventry United, Bedworth and Stratford Town.

He was most recently at step three side Barwell – one tier below the Bucks – where he netted four goals in 10 games before last season was cancelled, having scored seven in 29 the season before.

The Bucks are hopeful that the speedster can take the step up in his stride and prove a gem.

Meanwhile, Telford goalkeeper Russ Griffiths, 25, has penned a new one-year deal with the club. He played in all 17 of the Bucks’ league games last term.
