The ex-Solihull Moors shot-stopper has been included in every matchday squad for the Bucks this season, but is yet to play a competitive game for them due to the form of No.1 Jas Singh.

"I feel like since I have been at Telford, I have improved massively," said Martinez.

"I am obviously a bit frustrated to have not played yet, but my time will come.

"I just need to keep working hard and pushing hard – keep my head down and stay humble."

Martinez was signed by Rob Edwards during the summer after he impressed the Telford boss during a trial spell.

The No.2 has praised Edwards and goalkeeping coach Aled Williams, and added: "Without them, I wouldn't be where I am now.

"The gaffer has been great and Aled is a top guy, he's helped me get a lot better.

"I'm just preparing for when the chance comes, to grasp it with both hands."
