At the home of AFC Telford, the 7pm fixture is the age group's first since winning the Under-20 World Cup in South Korea in June.

However, the squad is mainly made up of the Three Lions that won the Under-19 Euros in Georgia in July and have moved up.

The likes of West Bromwich Albion midfielder Sam Field and Aston Villa pair Andre Green and Keinan Davis.

"I hope there will be a good crowd, obviously there was some great achievements over the summer," said Downing.

"The under-20s won the World Cup and the major core of this group won the Euros in Georgia.

"The aim is to keep those performance levels up, and maintain those high standards from the summer.

"It is all well and good doing it once, but now its about carrying it on for a sustained period – that is what we want to do this year."
