The Wrockites handed out a 14-0 whitewash of Wem USC in the Salop Leisure Shropshire Premier League.

“I think we have a good side and are playing well and the results are starting to come,” said Jones.

“It’s probably been a couple of years since we last had a 14-0 but it was a good performance and a good win.

“There were one or two close games but, without being disrespectful, it was pretty much one-way traffic.

“We have had a couple of disappointing away performances but it was only our fourth home game so the table probably isn’t quite a true reflection at the moment.”

Ifton picked up a handy five winners from their trip to Burway.
