It was a really disappointing result for Town at the weekend in what is a pivotal period in the club's history.

We've seen two bottom teams going against each other, knowing whoever loses on the day will be bottom of the league.

I know Sean Parrish quite well from his time at Wolves and I know he's someone who gives his whole heart to wherever he's at and he knows this part of the world extremely well.

He'd have been desperate to do well on Saturday and that's why I feel an extra tinge of disappointment with how it all played out.

Ultimately, it was a poor performance. The players didn't do enough to try and threaten Burton and didn't do enough to make it uncomfortable for them.

There were avoidable mistakes again and they need to defend better. The game petered out and it's been the story of the season so far.

I wanted a little bit more from the players. It's hard to question their effort, but from an intensity point of view, can they run the extra yard for the team? Can they go and leave a challenge on someone? Can you go and make it a physical game? Can you do everything possible to try and make it difficult for Burton?
