No respect for planet Earth

Saving our planet and ourselves is not just about fossil fuel reduction and replacement, not just about recycling and plastic elimination, but it is also very much about the planting, and the preservation, of life and oxygen-giving trees on a massive scale.

Published

It is the abolition of unsustainable consumption of the Earth’s resources and year on year expectation of increases in mega profits by large corporations, and the establishment, nationwide, of repair and renovation centres for white goods, fridges, washing machines etc, and electrical goods.

Fashion and clothing chains could do their bit too by using recycled garments. We need a re-evaluation, a more realistic, less wasteful and more thoughtful form of capitalism, industry and way of living.
