In Pictures: Pampered pooches on parade at Darlington dog show

This weekend saw the Darlington Dog Society Annual Show held once again at Ripon Racecourse.

Ever since a dog section was introduced at the Darlington Horse and Foal Show in 1860, man’s best friend has remained loyal to the event.

It has gone from strength to strength and this weekend marks the 50th time the Crufts qualifying show has been held at the Ripon Racecourse venue.
