Two dead after van and coach crash

Two men have died after a van and coach collided, Norfolk Police said.

Emergency services were called to the crash on the A47 in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, at around 5.20pm on Wednesday.

The passenger in the transit van was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was cut free from the vehicle and taken to hospital, but died a short time later.

Those aboard the coach suffered slight bruising and went to hospital for treatment, the force said.

Police asked those who witnessed the collision to call the serious collision investigation team at Wymondham on 101.
