Two-way traffic signals will be in place in Preston Street from Monday to Wednesday, as Shropshire Council completes road widening and resurfacing work.

Meanwhile, there will be stop-go boards in Longden Coleham this Sunday, while Severn Trent Water completes work.

There will also be multi-way signals in Burton Street on Tuesday.

Severn Trent Water is set to complete an inspection to see if a combined sewer overflow is in place to prevent sewage rising into the road and properties.

From Wednesday to Friday there will be traffic control in Sutton Road in the town, while BT carries out work.

Nearby in Oteley Road, traffic will be controlled with stop/go boards so BT can carry out work.

BT will also be carrying out work in Glebe Road, Bayston Hill, from Thursday to Friday under multi-way traffic signals.
