Police flock to scene as sheep block A442
A flock of sheep blocked an A road, forcing police to close the road this afternoon.
The animals were reported on the A442 at Danesford shortly after 12pm.
Police closed the section of the road between Bridgnorth and Quatford for around half an hour while they moved the sheep on.
The A442 is the main road from Shropshire to neighbouring Worcestershire, running between Droitwich and Kidderminster through Bridgnorth and Telford.
