A49 closed near Leominster after crash
The A49 was closed today because of a crash near the OK Diner in Leominster.
A car and a lorry were involved in the crash which happened shortly before 1.30pm on Ludlow Road.
Traffic was diverted from the A44 roundabout.
The ambulance service and the police attended the crash while four fire crews were also dispatched to the scene.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said they had no reports of injuries.
He said: "We were called at around 1.27pm today, to a two vehicle collision on the A49 near Leominster.
"The incident involved a lorry and VW Beetle.
"There are no reports of any injuries.
"The A49was been closed while emergency services deal with the incident."
