Plans for 12 Shropshire village homes are approved
Detailed plans to create up to 12 homes in a village near Market Drayton have been approved.
Shropshire Council has backed the proposal to create the homes east of Beswicks Lane in Norton-in-Hales.
Outline planning permission was granted in June 2015. The latest application relates to access, appearance, layout and scale of the scheme.
Shropshire Council case officer Sue Collins said: "The proposed development is on balance considered acceptable in its design and scale and it will not have a significant detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the area or the nearby conservation area.
"Whilst the proposal will have an impact on the residential amenities of the area, this will be to within an acceptable level."
