New Autumn-themed Fiat 500 Collezione lands

Copper accents and striking details for dinky, style-led city car

Fiat has revealed the latest addition to its Collezione range of city cars. Acting as fashionable trim levels for the 500, the brand launches two Collezione models a year – a spring model and an autumn model.

The latest 500 features a range of cosmetic alterations to ensure it’s as on-trend as possible, including the eye-catching two-tone ‘Brunello’ paint scheme, made up of grey over maroon. Copper pinstriping separates the two colours, while the metallic shade also appears on the 16-inch alloy wheels.

There’s more pinstriping inside, (this comma needed?) on the half-leather seats and dashboard plus premium floor mats with an embroidered ‘Collezione’ logo.

Buyers can choose between standard fixed-roof or convertible 500C models. The former comes as standard with a fixed glass panel, while the latter consists of a roll-back fabric roof.

Collezione models are available exclusively with the 500’s entry-level engine – a 1.2-litre four-cylinder with 69bhp. A choice of five-speed manual or five-speed ‘Dualogic’ automatic transmissions are offered.

Standard equipment is generous including parking sensors, as well as automatic lights and wipers. The options list includes luxurious touches such as a Beats audio HiFi upgrade and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

This is just the latest in a long line of special edition 500s. Over 30 have been produced so far across the 500s 11-year lifespan. Pricing for this latest model starts at £14,060, with Convertible models beginning at £16,710.
