Mitsubishi has lifted the lid on its latest Special Vehicle Projects model – the L200 Barbarian SVP II.

Following on from the original and hugely successful SVP, this latest model benefits from significant updates to the interior and exterior.

The outside of the 4×4 now receives 17-inch black and orange alloy wheels in BF Goodrich all-terrain tyres, which are surrounded by wheel arch extensions.

Limited to 250 units, each truck has been given an individual number, displayed via stitching on the headrests. Unique SVP logos are embossed into the mats, too.

Power is sent to the wheels via either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic gearbox.

The SVP II comes with a comprehensive list of standard equipment, including a full infotainment system with touchscreen display, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity software. Other features include keyless entry, Bluetooth connectivity and bi-xenon headlights.

The Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian SVP II can be ordered now, with first deliveries expected in May. Prices start at £29,830.
