Drugs seized in Shifnal area raids

Shifnal and Albrighton police have carried out a warrant and seized a quantity of drugs from homes in the area. Members of the Safer Neighbourhood team and West Mercia Police's Local Policing Priority team visited a number of properties overnight and seized an unknown quantity of illegal substances.

They tweeted on the Shifnal and Albrighton police twitter page and a spokesman said they would continue to crack down on large scale drug use and possession.
