Cars destroyed in Telford 'arson attack'

Arsonists are thought to be responsible for a fire involving two cars in Telford.

The vehicles were destroyed in the blaze which broke out just before 4.20am on July 4 in Chockleys Meadow, Leegomery.

Firefighters were quickly on scene and took 15 minutes to bring the fire under control.

Fire investigation officers say there were two separate seats to the fire which involved two private saloon cars.

Police are also investigating.
