The BMW saloon car hit a semi-detached house off the B5061 Holyhead Road in Ketley at around 10.30am on Sunday and badly damaged a corner of the house including the front door.
999 calls were made and the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police all attended.
Daniel Watkins described the state of the house when he saw it shortly after the crash: "When I was walking past, I saw there was quite a few police cars, ambulance and fire engine where the road had been taped off.
"The state of the house when looking up close looked extremely bad as the front door is completely twisted and most likely off its hinges.
"When looking at the brick wall it was a completely different story with a BMW wedged into the side of the house with the bricks all over the car leaving the house unsafe and exposed."
On Monday, the high powered BMW was still lodged in the family home as efforts were set to begin to move it.
The images shot by the Shropshire Star on Monday show the extensive damage to the semi-detached property.
Following the incident on Sunday, a statement from the SFRS said: "Saloon vehicle involved in collision with domestic building which has sustained severe damage. Crews have isolated external gas supply and no further action can be taken by crews until electrics and internal gas isolated to property by utilities companies.
"Structural engineer to attend to carry out inspection. All casualties in care of ambulance service."
