Police called to Telford house after a man is found injured

Emergency services have rushed to an address in Telford to reports of an injured man.

About four police cars and an ambulance were sent to a house in Aqueduct at about 10.30am today.

West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed it was called by West Mercia Police to a property, in Chainmakers Gate.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "At 10.45am we were called by police to attend a residential property in Telford.

"An ambulance and a paramedic officer were sent to treat one man for injuries."
